By submitting your details through our contact forms, chatbot, or other enquiry channels, you consent to CYMAX contacting you via phone, WhatsApp, or email regarding your enquiry, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submission of an enquiry does not constitute a binding agreement for services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, advance payments made towards project commencement are non-refundable once production work has begun.
